Working alongside the John Lewis Partnership team, we are delighted that planning permission was granted in May 2025 for the West Ealing Waitrose redevelopment, which will deliver 428 new build-to-rent homes, including at least 83 affordable homes, alongside a modernised Waitrose store and enhanced public realm. Since then, the project team has had further discussions with Ealing Borough Council on some amendments to optimise the scheme. Further updates will be shared here as the project moves forward.
