March 2025

KMDC team members Katherine Murray, Imogen Tyrell, and Izzy Wood attended this year’s UKREiiF (UK’s Real Estate Investment and Infrastructure Forum), held in Leeds from May 20th to 22nd. Now in its third year, the event has become a key platform for discussions on the future of cities, housing, infrastructure, and sustainable development.

This year’s forum brought together over 16,000 attendees representing over 1,750 developers, 1,750 investors, and 275+ local authorities, supported by a diverse programme of 1,250+ speakers addressing key sector challenges and opportunities.

KMDC attended a wide range of panel sessions, networking events, and meetings with partners and stakeholders. From affordable housing and sustainable infrastructure to local authority collaboration and funding models, the team found UKREiiF a valuable platform for insight and engagement with key voices shaping the built environment.

Thank you to everyone that hosted us, it was great to catch up and meet with so many of you. We look forward to building on the connections and insights gained throughout our time in Leeds. Please get in touch with us to connect.
