KMDC was pleased to attend UKREiiF in Leeds. The team took part in a range of events and discussions, including Katherine Murray joining a panel with Montagu Evans on unlocking residential housing delivery in London.

A key theme this year was deliverability: planning permissions are coming through, but the challenge is getting schemes built. The discussions offered useful ideas for KMDC’s work, where we focus on practical, creative routes to unlock delivery on stalled schemes.

It was a valuable opportunity to reconnect with existing clients and colleagues, and to meet new people.
