In January 2025, Katherine joined the KMDC team. Katherine brings over 12 years of experience at The Berkeley Group, where she held roles across Sales and Marketing, Development, and Land, ultimately serving as Land Director for St James and St William . This breadth of experience enables her to approach complex development challenges with a uniquely commercial, design-conscious, and market-aware perspective.

At KMDC, Katherine focuses on unlocking the full potential of development sites to deliver value for landowners, planning authorities, and local communities alike. She combines strong strategic insight with first-class project management and a sharp eye for detail—driving multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
