In August 2022, Izzy became a member of the KMDC team, adding her experience from companies such as Crest Nicholson South and Taylor Wimpey, having worked in both strategic and immediate land teams in the London, Midlands and Southern regions.

Throughout her career, Izzy has led the advancement of significant development schemes. Notably working on detailed permissions for Middlesex Business Centre in Southall, and the B&Q redevelopment in Cricklewood. Izzy's specialism is in city centre major regeneration of brownfield sites, but extends to a range of mixed-use and housing schemes across the south of England.

With a focus on community engagement, Izzy is passionate about delivering social value through development.
