DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Imogen joined the KMDC team in January 2022, bringing a varied experience across the development sector with her. Most notably, this includes her previous role at St William Homes LLP, a division of the Berkeley Group, where she worked to secure planning consents for the regeneration of large, complex brownfield sites across London.

Whilst at KMDC, Imogen has worked on residential-led schemes across a number of London boroughs, including Camden, OPDC and Brent. Key achievements include securing a unanimous resolution to grant planning permission for 885 homes in Alperton (LB Brent) on behalf of a private landowner. The scheme comprises a variety of uses, including co-living and C3 homes, alongside a new community centre and creative workspaces.
