SENIOR DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Imogen began her career as a planning consultant after graduating from King’s College London and UCL. At Quod, Imogen worked across major developments in the residential and life sciences sectors, predominantly focusing on the early stages of site appraisals, planning promotion, and securing route planning consents. This included securing permission for 1,843 homes at Fulham Gasworks with Berkeley Group, and supporting Wellcome Trust's expansion of the Genome Campus.

Imogen thrived in consultancy but moved client-side in 2019, keen to deepen her understanding of the development process. She joined Berkeley Group, initially working with St William (a joint venture with National Grid) on the regeneration of complex gasholder sites across London and the South East. She later moved to St Edward, a joint venture with M&G Investments, navigating regulatory and viability challenges to ensure the continued delivery of new homes.

Now at KMDC, Imogen is excited to be helping to deliver impactful, mixed-use developments with a genuine social purpose.
