HEAD OF LAND AND DEVELOPMENT

In January 2025, Katherine joined the KMDC team, bringing extensive expertise in residential land, development, sales, and marketing. With over twelve years at The Berkeley Group as Land Director for St James and St William, Katherine excels in unlocking complex sites, maximising housing delivery, and optimising stakeholder returns.

 Katherine is highly skilled at securing strategic development opportunities, managing negotiations, and leading land acquisition strategies. Her experience at St William, a joint venture with National Grid, provided her with unique insights into London's most technically challenging regeneration sites involving contaminated land and intricate gas infrastructure.

 She has successfully structured complex land agreements and secured planning consents for significant projects, notably the 2,100-home Bromley by Bow and the 1,800-home Kings Road Park developments. Katherine works hard to understand the requirements of stakeholders and efficiently leads consultant teams to create proposals which maximise value and satisfy competing development demands.
