HEAD OF LAND AND DEVELOPMENT

In January 2025, Katherine joined the KMDC team. Katherine brings over 12 years of experience at The Berkeley Group, where she held roles across Sales and Marketing, Development, and Land, ultimately serving as Land Director for St James Group and St William Homes. This breadth of experience enables her to approach complex development challenges with a uniquely commercial, design-conscious, and market-aware perspective.

At KMDC, Katherine focuses on unlocking the full potential of development sites to deliver value for landowners, planning authorities, and local communities alike. She combines strong strategic insight with first-class project management and a sharp eye for detail—driving multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Katherine excels in evaluating individual sites and land portfolios, devising creative strategies to realise long-term value. During her time at St William, she played a key role in structuring innovative land agreements and planning strategies, helping to bring forward some of the most challenging brownfield regeneration sites across London and the South East.
