DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Anna became part of the KMDC team in October 2025, bringing with her five years of planning and development experience at the Berkeley Group, where she was part of the Land and Planning team at St George Plc.

An RICS Chartered Surveyor, Anna has built her career specialising in major, complex residential-led mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on brownfield regeneration and the delivery of high-quality homes. She has successfully secured planning permissions through multiple routes, including via a full, detailed application, S73 applications, and reserved matters applications. Most notably, Anna secured planning approval for over 500 homes in Central London; part of a wider brownfield redevelopment scheme of more than 2,000 homes and 100,000 sq ft commercial space, for which Anna held the development management responsibility.

Her experience spans a wide range of London boroughs, including Tower Hamlets, Kingston upon Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth, and Barnet.

Now at KMDC as part of the Development Team at the John Lewis Partnership, Anna is focused on unlocking the full potential of their extensive London and national portfolio, while also supporting a range of other landowners in realising the development potential within their sites.
