Imogen joined the KMDC team in summer 2025, bringing nine years of experience in planning and development.
She began her career as a planning consultant at Quod after graduating from King’s College London and UCL. At Quod, Imogen worked across major developments in the residential and life sciences sectors, predominantly focusing early-stages of site appraisals, planning promotion, and securing route planning consents, in addition to providing support on DCO applications. This included securing permission for 1,843 homes at Fulham Gasworks with Berkeley Group, and supporting Wellcome Trust's expansion of the Genome Campus into unallocated land in Cambridge for over 150,000sqm of research space and 1,500 new homes for campus workers.
Imogen thrived in consultancy but moved client-side in 2019, keen to deepen her understanding of the development process. She joined Berkeley Group, initially working with St William (a joint venture with National Grid) on the regeneration of complex gasholder sites across London and the South East. She later moved to St Edward, a joint venture with M&G Investments, navigating regulatory and viability challenges to ensure the continued delivery of new homes. This included optimisation via S73 and implementation of the first 500-home phase of a major HRB scheme in Hounslow, post-consent development management of 1,300-home development in Watford, and promoting 300 new traditional homes in Surrey.
Now at KMDC, Imogen is excited to be supporting the John Lewis Partnership team, helping to deliver impactful, mixed-use developments with a genuine social purpose.
