In January 2025, Adam joined the KMDC team, bringing a wealth of experience across large-scale, residential-led projects in London. His background spans both consultancy, via roles at CBRE and JLL, and client-side delivery through four years in the Land & Development team at Berkeley Capital Ltd, part of the Berkeley Group.

Adam’s skill set covers the full spectrum of pre-construction advice - land transactions, viability consultancy and development management. Notable achievements include securing planning consent for 385 homes on the former Homebase site at Swandon Way (LB of Wandsworth) and delivering approval for 110 homes at Quayside Lodge (LB of Hammersmith & Fulham).

Since joining KMDC, Adam has been actively involved in guiding the design evolution of a new masterplan for a six-acre site in the London Borough of Ealing. The scheme proposes over 800 homes across residential and co-living tenures - demonstrating his continued focus on unlocking complex urban opportunities.
