DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Imogen joined the KMDC team in January 2022, bringing a varied experience across the development sector with her. Most notably, this includes her previous role at St William Homes LLP, a division of the Berkeley Group, where she worked to secure planning consents for the regeneration of large, complex brownfield sites across London.

Whilst at KMDC, Imogen has worked on residential-led schemes across a number of London boroughs, including Camden, OPDC and Brent. Key achievements include securing a unanimous resolution to grant planning permission for 885 homes in Alperton (LB Brent) on behalf of a private landowner. The scheme comprises a variety of uses, including co-living and C3 homes, alongside a new community centre and creative workspaces.

In addition, Imogen is working closely with the John Lewis Partnership BTR team to bring forward new development opportunities in the rental sector, as well as being involved in an estate regeneration project in LB Lambeth.
