HEAD OF DEVELOPMENT

Annabel joined KMDC in January 2026 as Head of Development, leading project strategy and guiding the team to deliver high-quality, mixed-use schemes from concept through to completion. She brings meticulous attention to detail and a focus on adding value at every stage, ensuring schemes are practical, efficient, and deliverable.

Annabel holds a Master’s in Real Estate and is a Chartered Surveyor and Town Planner. She has extensive experience from her previous roles, including Head of Development at Berkeley Capital, where she successfully delivered challenging brownfield and major regeneration projects. Notably, she led the TwelveTrees Park development in West Ham, securing 861 additional homes and unlocking the deliverability of the site.

At KMDC, Annabel combines strategic insight with practical expertise to guide projects from feasibility to delivery, navigating complex sites with innovative, value-driven solutions.
