DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

A RICS Chartered Surveyor, Anna started her career at the Berkeley Group, specialising in major, complex residential-led mixed-use developments, with a strong focus on brownfield regeneration and the delivery of high-quality homes.

She has successfully secured planning permissions through multiple routes, including full detailed applications, S73 applications, and reserved matters applications. Most notably, Anna secured planning approval for over 500 homes in Central London; part of a wider brownfield redevelopment scheme of more than 2,000 homes and 100,000 sq ft commercial space.

Her experience spans a wide range of London boroughs, including Tower Hamlets, Kingston upon Thames, Hammersmith and Fulham, Wandsworth, and Barnet.

Now at KMDC, Anna is focused on developing proposals that contribute positively to existing communities.
