Alison brings over 35 years’ experience in residential property, specialising in land acquisition, securing planning consents and preparing complex, large-scale sites for development.

She believes that partnership, trust and strong stakeholder relationships are fundamental to delivering successful outcomes.

For 20 years, Alison held senior leadership roles at The Berkeley Group, including Managing Director of St William Homes LLP. She was the first female member of the Group’s Executive Committee, reflecting her commercial impact and leadership within the industry. Risk management and strategic oversight have been central to her career.

Alison now provides strategic guidance and advisory support to KMDC, bringing deep industry expertise, a strong network and a highly commercial perspective to the team.
